SHIPPING: Merchandise will be shipped 2-3 business days after orders are placed, and will be shipped standard delivery unless specified priority or express shipping, and fees will apply.
•Please note that Lotus Blossom IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any potential delay after your order item has been shipped, as ship times vary depending on your package destination.

•Lotus Blossom DOES NOT take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by USPS/FED EX/UPS or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
•We DO NOT offer insurance on standard shipping, but Priority and Express packages are insured.

•RETURNS: Returns are accepted ONLY if items are unworn, undamaged, has the original tag and packaging, and within 5 business days.
•All accessories, soaps, body butters, body oils, body scrubs, roll-on oils, beard care products, face, hair, and body care products are FINAL SALE (NO RETURNS).
